This chef-led, hands-on class walks guests through every step of the ceviche-making process using top-quality local ingredients and personal prep stations. Perfect for food lovers and friends looking for a unique weekend experience, the session includes all tools, ingredients, and a CHS Ceviche take-home kit so you can recreate the dish at home. Space is limited (15 seats), and advance booking is required. Tickets are $75 per person.
