A vibrant mix of Charleston-caught shrimp, scallops, and mahi-mahi marinated in lime juice, Peruvian chili, red onions, and cilantro. Accompanied by cancha (toasted Peruvian corn) and sweet potato.

Grouper Ceviche

Charleston-caught grouper, marinated in our Leche de Tigre (lime juice, red onions, cilantro, and aji amarillo). Garnished with Peruvian corn and sweet potato.

Vermillion Snapper Tiradito

Charleston-caught vermillion snapper, thinly sliced and served with a Nikkei-style soy-lime dressing, garnished with sesame seeds, thinly sliced scallions, and jalapeño slices.

Shrimp Tiradito a la huancaina

Fresh Charleston shrimp, thinly sliced and served with a creamy huancaina sauce, toasted cancha (Peruvian corn), red onion, cilantro, and a touch of rocoto chili.
